Hello Evefyone,
I am an old airsoft fan since 1989 in Asia but a newbie in here.
I have  some question about British PLCE webbing pistol holster in attached Pic.
Those are;
1) Is that Official Government issue  (Genuine) or commercial product ?
2) Is that fits for Bwowning Hp ?
3)Can I get it in civilian market?
4) Any other  information about that item (where to buy, how much for it... etc)

« Last post by Danger Close on May 08, 2013, 11:17:31 am »
Get those leave passes in.......Contact Fronts' next Woodland Combat Day is on the 12th May, come on down and enjoy our realistic scenario's which often require team work, command and control and a bit of thought coupled with maximum use of time on the ground.

We have many creative and demanding scenario's, we strive to keep things interesting, fresh, different and exciting.

A couple of new realistic positions have been put in place over the last month or so, if you haven't visited us yet, drop in for the ultimate airsoft experience.

As our regulars will testify we insist on honesty when taking hits, but there is no long walk back to a Line of Departure (re-spawn area) or any time wasted sitting in a 'sin bin.' You have paid for trigger time and that is what you will get!

We are a friendly enthusiastic bunch, always pleased to see new faces and players, as our regular client base grows so does our enthusiasm to provide an exciting and professional days activities.

Any newcomers please be aware that only the use of biodegradable ammo is permitted and pyro must be TLSFx all of which is sold on site.

Rules

Teams:
4-6 players per team.  Teams with bigger squads may enter multiple teams but will be disqualified for any allegiances.

Magazines:
Mid or low cap magazines only.  Magazine limit per player is 8, but may be distributed among the team differently during the exercise.  No hi-caps (see support weapon notes, for exception).

Ammunition:
Bio degradable only.  600 round limit per player.  This is to increase the strategic importance of ammo resup points during the exercise.   Ammo may be distributed among the team accordingly after scrutineering.

Specialist Weapons:
Support weapons: 1 support weapon is permitted per team.  MUST be an actual support weapon (M249, L86, M60).  Support weapon is permitted to have either 1 HI-cap magazine or  box mag, but it should be noted that mid-caps (if compatible) would be more in the spirit of the exercise.
Bolt actions: 1 bolt action rifle is permitted per team (500fps limit).  Specialist ammunition for this will be counted as part of your team’s quota.
Pistols: Every player is entitled to carry a pistol as a side arm, with a 5 magazine limit.
Spare weapons: Players leaving theatre to the carpark for problems such as weapon malfunctions,  will not be allowed to return, so a spare weapon within the team is a good idea
Grenades: Players may carry as many grenades as they wish.
RPGS, mortars and novelty items: Not permitted without specific consent.

Other Equipment:
Torches: Every team member must have a torch suitable to finding your way to triage points (dead zone).
Food: 24 hour ration pack is provided for you.
Rig: Please ensure your kit is suitable to hold your rations, water and ammo for 24hours.  There will not be a opportunity to basha up during the ex (unless weather is very bad), so kit should be kept to fighting order.
Water: Ensure you have enough for 24hours (in August), it will be hot!
Radio:  Teams must have radio of the standard VHF 8 Channel format.  This is integral to your mission and safety.

Objectives:

Each team will be issued with 15 c4 charges with a team callsign on.  Over the 24 hour period, there will be 15 demolition targets.  Each target will only be open at a fixed time, for a fixed window of either 30 or 45 minutes, depending on the tactical vulnerability of the target.  To blow the target, your team must place their charge within the set window.  You may not remove other team’s charges.  Targets will be worth between 20 and 40 points depending on strategic importance.   The team with the most points at ENDEX will be declared the winner. You cannot physically hit every single objective so your team must plan where and when you strike.

Wildcard objectives:

Pilot:  A downed pilot is on the run in the area.  Locate and secure the pilot as a POW.  If your team captures him, you will receive 60 points if he is in your custody at ENDEX.  The pilot has been trained to escape and evade.  If you take your eye off him or fail to guard him adequately, he will escape.  As a team you must choose whether to take the pilot with you to your objectives, or to leave him with a prisoner escort at a fixed point.  If your team is eliminated while in control of the pilot, another team may capture him.  The pilot will not take hits from stray fire and will not become a cas as teams to.  However, you may choose to execute the pilot, but this will only achieve 10 points.  You must place a team card on the body to receive points.

Reporter: A reporter has become separated from his PSD team.  If you find him, you are to escort him to a location that he will give you.  Safe transit and delivery of reporter to the RV will earn you 50 points.  The reporter will not take hits from stray fire and will not become a cas as teams to.  However, you may choose to execute the reporter, but this will only achieve 10 points.  You must place a team card on the body to receive points.

Taking hits & triage points:

Each team will have a unique start point.  Throughout the whole exercise, this will be your team triage point where your dead will exfiltrate to and immediately re-infiltrate the exercise.  Your team must decide how you will RV with team members returning to the exercise.  If you do not plan this, players may not find their team again until ENDEX.  You may, for instance, decide to withdraw the whole team on taking 50% casualties to prevent losing each other.  Teams returning to the triage points, who spot other enemy, may not use that information to their advantage.  The nature of the small patrol/fireteam tournament IS that you are cut off, and likely to be engaged from any direction.  However, teams re-infiltrating the exercise area must deliberately avoid teams they have passed on their way out.  Failure to do this will result in points loss.  Team members are not to travel alone at night and must have a torch on to show they are not in play. Pairs as a minimum.
You will receive an additional 20 points for reaching ENDEX as a team and not fragmented.

Comms:
Your team will be issued with a map with grids unique to that team.  You must radio in your grid location and team status every hour at a unique time.  If you achieve this, your team will gain 5 points per transmission.   Failure to transmit this location will result in deduction of 10 points for every consecutive 4 transmissions you miss.
The format for this:
Hello Zero, this is (your callsign). Over.
(Zero. Send. Over)
(Your callsign) GRID: 123,123. All OK. Over
(Zero. Roger. Out)

You also have the right to make specialist requests during these transmissions.  There are:

Special Requests:

Sierra Romeo 1: Ammo drop (near your location): - 40 points.
Sierra Romeo 2: Water drop (near your location): - 10 points
Sierra Romeo 3: Player resignation: If a player needs to drop out and it is requested, yo will still be eligible for the points for finishing with a complete team.
Sierra Romeo 4: Face to face with Directing Staff

Emergency Requests (can be made at any time):
No-play 1: Medical emergency
No-play 2: Fire
Challenge 1: Reports a challenge for hit taking of another team (followed by your GRID)
Challenge 2: Reports tactical triage use (followed by your GRID)

Rule Breaking:
Non hit taking: If witnessed by Directing Staff, teams must withdraw to triage, wait 2 hours re-insert at a cost of 80 points.
Arguing with Directing Staff on a decision:  Teams can appeal a decision after ENDEX, where it can be discussed and an agreement reached.  Arguing or debating a decision in the field will not be tolerated as it can grind the exercise to a halt.  Any disagreement or activity that can be construed as disruptive to the mission/experience will result the entire team being disqualified/binned.  No bun fights in the field.
Tactical triage use: Returning to the triage point as a team is  something you are entitled to do.  In re-inserting to the exercise you might well come in behind enemy teams.  This is acceptable so-long as it is not a direct result of sighting enemy positions on the way out, and using that intel to attack.  If you walk past a team on the way out, find another route back in.

FINAL WORD:
Teams should be under no illusion, as to how much strategy they must apply to win this tournament.  Teams must consider their “actions on” for almost everything, from ammunition conservation, which objectives to hit, lost comms procedure, lost team members procedure, POW handling, eating in the field, how to use the triage system best and what weapons to carry.

The winning team will certainly have earned it.
BEST OF LUCK
