Mid caps for realism. High Caps for fun. I use a mix of both, Hi cap on big attacks, Mid caps on patrols and sneaky manouevers.

Hi caps for me are kinda like last stand situation. In general there a no brainier, for ppl, who keep their fingers on the trigger, and hope for the best. We know who u r :)
